Since 2012, the value of fixed assets has increased by 2.08 times and in 2015 amounted to 853,818,000 rubles. Today the company's fleet includes more than 300 pieces of machinery that Ustoy-M's specialists use to maintain and service about 600 km of Kamchatka's highways. Under Lomakin's leadership, Ustoy-M became one of the first companies in the Kamchatka Territory to use a mobile asphalt plant in its operations, making it possible to establish road infrastructure in remote areas of the Kamchatka Territory — such as the village of Ust-Kamchatsk, and the

With vast experience in the road construction industry, Lomakin not only tackles road construction and repair projects, but also — from 2014 to the present — has been making headway on asphalt work at the stadium and rollerski tracks of the only biathlon complex in Russia's Far East.
