The Road Construction Laboratory's main purpose is to determine the quality of building materials and assess how well the finished road structure complies with certain standards.

Employees conduct many inspections, each designed to assess a separate quality indicator. They ascertain building materials' suitability and compliance for concrete and a certain structural road layer and products.
Purposes of the laboratory.

To carry out input, periodic, and operational quality control of road construction materials as well as quality control of processing procedures.

To test the quality and completeness of requirements related to the planning and implementation of operational quality control in process checklists for certain types of work

To monitor compliance with procedures for laboratory and field testing during road work

To monitor the maintenance and storage of as-built documentation; to assess the condition of test equipment and measurement devices

To design and monitor measures related to occupational safety and accident prevention during laboratory and field tests

To maintain laboratory documentation (protocols, acts, registers, special logs, etc.)

To maintain and store as-built documentation; to assess the condition of test equipment and measurement devices, etc.
